Cairo & Giza - 2-3 working days
Alex: 2-5 working days
Other governorates: 4-7 working days

INTERNATIONAL:

Within 5-8 working days via international express shipping

Return& Exchange:

 

EGYPT:

-Home Try On: You'll be able to try on the item while the courier waits before paying! For your convenience, returns or exchanges should be determined on the spot during delivery. If there's an issue, simply hand the item back to the courier and only pay shipping. Returns aren't accepted after the courier leaves.


INTERNATIONAL:

Customer is responsible for shipping return back to our warehouse in the US. As if you are eligible for a prepaid return label.  

*During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded. Sale packages are allowed to be opened while the courier delivers it.
